Payment Methods
We accept the following credit cards: MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Diners Club & Discover. We only take payment once your order has been shipped. We also accept payment by PayPal. If you decide to use this method, you’ll be taken to PayPal website, where you’ll be prompted to log in and process your payment. You’ll then be directed back to our merchant website once your transaction is complete.
Cancelations
Once you place your order, cancellations are not possible.
Refunds
- Return shipping for refunds is your responsibility.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all original tags attached.
- You have 7 days from receiving your order to request a refund to your original payment method.
- After 7 days, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds.
- Approved refunds are issued minus a 10% processing & restocking fee.
- Processing takes 7–10 business days once we receive your item.
Please note, however, that your bank may take several days to process the payment back into your account. With that said, please allow up to ten working days after posting the item back to us before getting in touch about your refund. We’ll contact you by email to let you know when your refund has been processed.
